Where do I find medical electives for final-year? - drbacchi

I tried looking at some programs that offer medical electives for foreign final-year medical students but couldnt really find any. Many say they do, but then its only for Canadians or when you look in the elective course catalog there are actually no electives offered. Please mention some Foreign Med Student-friendly places that offer electives

And to be clear, I'm looking for the names of these medical institutions, not some 3rd party "pay-for-externship" sites.
