I just did the u world! If u read kaplan notes cover by cover and have good notes +uw notes that would be great! I wish I had time t for nbme as well but I didnt. my exam experience was horrible and I wanted to quit many times as I couldnt believe that I had nt enough time to do all qs in every block .. dont forget that I had very good background in understanding internal med.and I 'm in love with gyneco :I was the first year resident back home in OB/GYN.
