How strong a LoR from your home country can be?
I was teaching assistant in pharm during MS and my professor is president of the Anesthesia society in my country.
I got 3 LoRs from USCE, could a letter from my professor help me applying for anesthesia?

unfortunately LOR from foreign countries are not given much value however, if its an extremely strong letter as the president of Anesthesia society, I think it would be beneficial but make sure the other 3 LOR are U.S. LORs for a total of 4 LOR (programs require 3 but sending 4 can help)
