I'm interested in knowing which books give more practical details on case management in Int Med. Please give your opinions.

I think Washington manual is awesome but I've heard that mass gen pocket , cmdt and Cecils are good too.

cecils and Harrison are standard IM texts but they are very huge.

I'm using washington manual.....its good, can fit in wardcoats

Pocket Medicine: The Massachusetts General Hospital Handbook of Internal Medicine (Pocket Notebook)..great to carry in the lab coat pocket...
