Scramble is a process where you can't fax anything,all the phone lines are busy,the emails are full and if you want to apply through ERAS you will need 24 hours to do that.Only that all the positions are filled within the first 2-4 hours.If you get to that my adivise is to quit.A simple logic is that if you didn't have the connections to match you will not scramble for sure.Mcgrath was right..only that he described the purpose of this process not the process itself.Should I say Good luck ?

well i got in by a miracle during the scramble so u have yo try first before quiting
