Hi cardio , it's almost 2:00 am , my brain is not functioning well , but tomorrow I will go back and see what wrong with my calculations , I never heard about post test probability , I thought its same as PPV and NPV. please explain it more if you have time and tell me the difference.

Odd ratio =81.

By constructing 2*2 table
A cell---90
B cell---10
C cell---10
D cell---90

Odd ratio = AD/BC = 81

I just got back from my day X.
I can not tell how I feel.
I did not got a lot of statistics qs; one was very close to the one that we just have discussed about randomized clinical trial. . Few q on type of insuranse. 1calculation of 2pq. Few q to evaluate results of the study based on CI or p or odd ratio/ RR.
unfortunately, did nit got any urinary inconvenience q, just fecsl inconvenience after injury during delivery.

Q1---- no idea how to calculate prevalence from such data , please help

Q2---- NPV =true negative/ all negative

NPV =95/95+55 = 0.63


Q2---PPV = true positive/ all positive

PPV = 45/45+5=0.9
