You believed that the ECG issue was due to digoxin therapy. Which of the following would be a next appropriate adjustment for your pat?

well the EKG shows inverse T wave and prolonged PR due to digoxin toxicity.

I guess because there is bradycardia we go with C?

It looks like there was progressive prolongation of the P wave with a QRS drop so Mobitz 1 2nd degree heart block.
