Is a score in 230s in both the steps good to go?I am an IMG and need a visa.

its a safe bet but programs just ont rely on scores, you complete aplication, CAF, PS, Letters, MSPE etc would define the number of interview calls and then your interview skills and interpersonal skills come in handy......But having said that this score is quite good and chances are bright but please DONT lag on any component of residency application.
