In addition I have worked for a healthcare company involving healthcare informatics where I was involved in making more than 150 rules for a clinical desicion suppport system for a hospital in NY that alerts physicians about their patients. Do I have a chance at all at matching??

I think its just not scores....its the appeal of the application but also attraction with future residents.
