This is a good question rpdnathan. In brief, case titles are usually similar (hip pain, chest pain, fatigue....). But the scenarios are quite different. Expect any differential to be the axis of the case. My advice is: use FA cases to practice but do not repeat the same cases all the time. This is harmful. In the real exam, you will be really misled by FA scenarios. So in practice, use new scenarios with your partner every time. Concentrate on how to ask about differentials and to retrieve the true causes. Use FA minicases and the CS approach mnemonics and figures while practicing. You will mostly be confronted by these differentials. No odd differentials are there!

Sherif, I know its a silly question but I am just wondering
does it matter whether we sit or keep standing? did you sit or stayed standing?
thank you
