Did you go to a big 4 or 5 carib school?

I think your chances are good but not in the bag. My friend went to an a latin american country (dual citizen), failed step 1 and managed to get into FM.

It took him 2 tries, but the key to him matching was making contacts, seems like you have those with your US medical experience

I suggest everyone use frieda and google, and start an excel sheet, state by state.
Go through all the programs in the each state at a minimum you will get their admission requirements, and focus on the programs with carib graduates and who don't explicitly say passed on first attempt

The key to anyone with an attempt, YOG >5 years, or really low scores (ie ppl who won't pass the initial filter) is not to be passive.

Check out charting the outcomes in the match for international medical graduates for your "statistical" chances

good luck
