why there is increased urinary corpoporphyrin 1, 3-4 times more than coproporphyrin 3 ?

yes ,normally coproporphyrin 3 is more than type 1 .
but may be there is another problem ,other than bile secretion in this syndrome.
that's interesting ,there isn't similar problem in rotor syndrom.

can anybody explain why there is black liver in dobin johnson ,not in rotor?

in dubin-jhonson there is impaired excretion of epinephrines metabolite that accumulate with in the lysosomes gives it dark color ....check UW 101 question
