A 39 yr old woman with rheumatoid arthritis develops proteinuria after treatment with penicillamine. examination of tissue obtained on renal biopsy shows diffuse fine granular deposits of igG and C3 in the glomerular basement membrane.most likely diagnosis is?

I think penicillamine induces this nephropathy.
