A woman being stabbed in the left groin with BP of 128/84, pulse of 100, and respiration of 16 has a small hematoma, no external bleeding and LL extremity with palpable popliteal and pedal pulses and swelling of he leg from the knee down. Cause of new symptoms?

Wound hemorrhage/throm. of the fem. vein / lym. disruption from the injury/compartment syndrome/ arterial embolism
