"ATROPHY of Zona Fasciculata(3) as well as Zona Reticularis(4)"

Zona Glomerulosa(2) and it's Aldosterone production will not be affected---- as we know that it is controlled by "Renin-Angiotensin system" as well as by K+ levels.
