Hi can anyone tell me how to get observership in massacheusetts,Iam sending my cv to few hospitals,like harford hospital, baystate,northshore but they are replying that there are no spot available.Please anybody help me.

Contact a small practice, tell them your situation, and tell them you can volunteer, is better if somebody that you know knows the physician (you aunt, your land lord, etc) good luck
