I wrote it , but I don't know if it has an effect, I guess it's good to show your interest. But as people said already, maybe their ROL is finalized anyway. I didn't get a response by the way.
And also, maybe I am wrong, but "Letter of Intent" is another thing related to pre-match offers and it would be more correct to call this a "Letter of Interest", no biggie, but just in case people are planning to put Letter of Intent as a subject line in the e-mail they send, well it could be confusing. Just my .02$
