What does Step 3 exam feel like?

Step 3 has gotten harder and score needed to pass is now 196. Day 1 feels like taking Step 1, 2CK on the same day...Day 2 the 6 blocks have more guidelines based questions and more complication and management questions and prognosis questions and history findings, screening etc and CCS has more short cases so you have to move faster...
