I got an e mail from a people i externed with. they are offering a last chance for getting an Internal Medicine hands-on externship in chicago IL which is going to cost you $1100 for 4 a full month, with that you will have hospital rounds and your letter will be on the hospital letterhead.

fruit.cake - not really aggressively.. but i worked with them and they are pretty good.. at the same time i do admire chicago clerckships as well.. i worked with them for 2 months and they are reasonable although a bit expensive ..
