i just did CSA 2 days ago.

I used usmleworld exclusively and studied for a total of five days (I did Step 2 last week). I must say that all the cases were just as had been described in usmle world and the approach I used to the exam was just as usmleworld suggested. Some of the tips were invaluable, such as washing your hands between the history and exam (rather than on entering the room) so you can use that time to recollect your thoughts.

I think if you have clinical experience in a western country, USMLEWORLD contains more than enough info to pass the CSA. If you dont have clinical experience then some form of practice, clinical attachment or courses may be helpful
