Hello djyoti
type 1 (Hurler)is due to lack of the enz. Idurondase while type 2 (Hunter`s) is due to lack of the enzyme Iduronade sulaftase.
type is severe form and the differance between the 2 types are the lack of corneal clouding and the slower prgression of the somatic and the cns manifestation in Hunter`s sydrome.

THANKS FOR THE QUESTIONS I COULDN`T ANSWER MANY OF THEM YESTERDAY BECAUSE I WAS TOO SLEEPY.GOD BLESS YOU
