As I understand from this data there isn't much difference between US-IMG's and Non US IMG's ratio for match. Is that correct?

Yes you are right, few years back having green card/US citizen was a big factor in match, but it is no longer as important factor.

Well to be honest SOAP is not for IMGs. Unless you are working as observer or doing research and know the faculty, they might take. Otherwise no chance for IMGs. I am not hurting anyone but this is the real fact.

In post match, program director has lot of exceptional candidate and they will not waste their time taking IMGs with average score....

Yes this data is very outdated, but assuming not much has changed in 3 years, there could be similar results this year. I wish they gathered this data every year.
