Well CA inhibitor causes u to lose HCO3 making yur URINE basic and you BlOOD acidic INITIALLY!!! thats right
This can cause a type 2 renal tubular acidosis..... When taking abt RTA we are referring to the blood not the urine.....so u lose HCO3 yur blood becomes ACIDIC...cool But the thing about losing HCO3 is that INITIALLY u have an alkalotic urine but with time when u are depleated of HCO3 yur urine becomes ACIDIC!!!! Coz u dnt have HCO3 but can still excrete H+. So u see an acidic blood with acidic urine in case of type 2 DTA
