wondering if there is any delay for SOAP at the program side due to the crush of system yesterday? Any body heard anything from the programs yet?

Yes, they have sent several emails. They delayed when the PDs can access the applications. Instead of 3pm Eastern it was pushed forward to 6:45pm eastern yesterday.
If you did not get that email on yesterday you may want to check your scam folder because you may also miss correspondence from programs as well.

thank you drcee. I did get the emails yesterday. that is what i suspected, it seems so quiet, not much actually happening in the regard of SOAP.
