Hi pc001,
I'm looking for opinion on how to go about changing name if one were to start the residency in July 2016. Is it better to get it done before the start of the residency, middle of it or after completing residency and at the time of getting licensed at the state level?
I know nothing about the process from the medical point of view? I know I have to start with a court order of sorts and then start with social security card, driver's license etc
Looking for advice and will appreciate your input. I would be grateful if want to communicate via email letmeinwillya
