By God's Grace, I have matched!!

My credentials:

IMG (Pakistan)
YOG 2011
Step 1: 250
Step 2 CK: 245
Step 2 CS: Passed in first attempt
USCE: 2 observerships (1 in private clinic, 1 in a University hospital clinic), no electives
Research: no publications, only one research paper from medical school. Worked in a research position for 3 months at prominent US University.
LORs: 3 US LORs and 1 from med school
California letter (PTAL) in hand when applying

Applied to over 100 IM programs, mostly California and then selected programs in a few other states. Also applied to FM in California. Received 10 IVs, 7 from California, where I live.

Waiting to find out where I matched. Since I got most interviews from California programs, and I ranked them higher than out of state, I'm 99% sure I matched in Cali.
