I often hear that fm programs do not sponsor visa ? can anyone get into fam med residency with H4 EAD ? Do they consider h4 ead ???

thanks ryanhope for the response.
My credentials are weak like 228/215/cs 1st attempt and am in H4 ead and no usce yet.Can anyone please suggest me what are my chances to get into fm If i get some usce?
