Do you think if we can call these programs after SOAP and what is the chance that they are willing to fill their position by MAY?

you can call but don't see the point...if they didnt fill thru soap with the abundance of amgs at their disposal, just means they prob dont want to fill them

But I guess it does not hurt to call those... There might be some programs that did not manage by 5 pm although they were willing to fill the position
