OB/GYN residency - reja

Anyone in this forum planning to apply in OB/GYN this year, Post your credentials and steps score. Lets motivate eachother and share information about it so would be helpful for all of us.

Starting from myself.
YOG=2006
Greencard holder
past experience= residency in OB/gyn in native country
Step 1 score= 219
Preparing for step 2 ck and cs.
No US experience

I think you are a VERY OLD IMG !! over a decade !
You should make USCE and Research and get US LORS
Try to FM after making the above requirements

same boat here!
Very old IMG (2000)
Green card holder
OB/gyn 2005 in native country
Post Doctorate in Colposocy in native country (2007)
Some US experience as a medical assistant at OB/gyn for 4 months
Some shadowing at FM and IM clinics
Step 1 222
Step 2 265
CS passes all in first attemp
ApplyINH to OB/gyn as 1st opcion but also to FM, keeping open mind because I am old IMG, but not giving up to my 1st love
This is a leap of faith for us, dot let anybody discourage you and give your best! Let see wo gets accepted in the end, everything is possible! Keep just positive thoughts and the right people around you, good luck Smile
