Should I take standard paced or self-paced? - oxygen

what does this mean? Can I go back and go through all the questions once I finished self-assessment?

You can NOT go back once you finshed that block.
If you choose self-paced (4hrs), time for one hour do the examine, then you can go through it using the rest of 3 hrs.
