Hi rx:
I asked the PC about this and she told me to send the original contract to TPL and a copy of the contract to her for hospital credentialing. I called ECFMG people and they said, it doesnt matter, ask your PC about this but I think it doesnt matter..

no, you do not need to submit form i-644; that's only done for extension of your j-1.
