By larval form of Tenia Solium(Pork TW)......Dxic points:

1.emigrated Costarican man with seizure;
2. normal CSF despite multifocal ceribral Calcifide lesion=calcifide tissue cysts;
3.cerebral edema without focal sign=due to chronic basal meningitis;

Rx: 1.Praziquantal+Albenfdazole+undercover of steroid rx-as cerebral ICP may be raise
when tissue cysts start getting necrosed.
2.Antiseizure drug.

yup imp point to remeber for neurocysticercosis here is that man is the intermediate host in this case as the larval forms develop in man
