Hi! here is a little confusion regarding HepB post-exposure prophylaxis in health care workers(HCW).
1. I have found that if the patient is known HBs-positive vaccinated HCW should get vaccine, but if the patient's status is unknown -> no vaccine required. (UWorld's opinion)
According to CDC, if HCW's Ab titer is >10 -> no vaccine required, regardless patient status.
What is right for the boards? Your suggestions please...
2. And short question about tetanus prophylaxis -> do you agree with UWorld that if the patient has
