Thats my concern about HFH, is it worth it to live in Detroit to have residency there?!.. such a tough call, good location ( chicago) vs strong program ( HFH)

Yes that's my concern as well. I am gona rank it lower. To me there is a life outside hospital as well. And that is important for me.

in my opinion it doesn't matter
both cities are freezing in the winter
trust me u would rather be in the hospital
than anywhere else...of course if u
the program was in a good city
then may be I'd tell u to choose that
if ur interested in having a life outside the hospital
it's ur call

I havent been interviewed at those two programs, both are big names.. but I would go for sinai cause of the varity of fellowships they offer.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, I like HFH more and I even have friends in detroit but the city doesn't look safe at all and there's not much that can be done there.
