'Uploaded but Unassigned LoRs'... i have uploaded my letters but they are not in the ERAS yet its been more than 1 week.

Can i assign them when they are not in the ERAS yet ?

You have to wait till they are released in your account then u can start assigning.. it shouldn't take more than a week, have you uploaded it properly
