Don't give up. Just take some to relax your mind and then think about what organ systems gave you the most trouble. What I learned is that USMLE Step 1 is a test of memorization (minor) PLUS understanding (major). You must understand the underlying mechanism of disease states and the drugs. I hope this helps and may God make it easy for you.

my opinion you should try again i know one doctor tried 10 times and he is cardiologist ,one simple way trust god and leave to him everything he will lead you .in the bible its written holy spirit will guide you .
