Very competitive, If you are AMG or Carribean school than go for it. If you are FMG and have money and time than try for it. If you not above honest advice is chances are little and if u dont have money to apply more than once or twice than dont think about it.

Should I assign the internal LOR that I have with the pathogy LOR or should I just assign only the pathology one ?

IF they need more than one LOR (and they probably do), you will have to use all your LORs, otherwise you will be stuck with an incomplete application.

Are you applying just now? IMG? It's late in the season to start an application (unless you are an AMG), just saying.

resident of AMIQT, Dr. Peter Bernad http://www.neuro-doc.com/, is board certified in neurology and welcomes students to participate in month-long rotations and observerships with him and highly qualified colleagues. If students are interested in multiple specialties, we can accommodate them.
