Yea man of course I do I know a guy whose typical Indian promises you the world 'Dont worry year I'll get you IV I'll get you IV year" and last minute you find out he's NOTHING and a liar haha. Anyways he went to barnabus now is a nephrologist so there are fellowship opportunities for sure. Its competitive though

Now don't get me wrong man if you wanted to do a fellowship why'd you take prematch w 18 IV? I'd do that if I wanted to be a general physician
