Day begins with orientation followed by individual interviews. While awaiting interview you will be in room with other applicants and 2 residents. This is the time to ask them questions or simply hang out. Interviewer ask general questions and may even try to gauge your perspective on things. There are no right or wrong questions, they just want to know you. Interviews are followed by lunch, after which you'll be taken to the hospital for a tour. Then you'll shuttle back to the residency office building to pick up souvenirs and call it a day. All the best!
