Any body here feels the whole matching process is so unfair and we need to take steps for real change in this system. I think we should seriously do something about it. As a citizen of this country I believe I have the right to get matched and get a job and serve my country through it. I am seeking real change and help from my country to preserve my career. I have ideas that I want to discuss with others that might be interested.
