accidental finding of a lung mass in a 50y/o non smocker. what is the next step if no previous cxr ?

we have to biopsy it --you canot wait even for 3 month like in the case of less than 35 nonsmoker guy---

next step is CT scan.

remove the mass.,>3 cm..

than followup to see recurency
