Question on funding for early researchers. - psyched92

Hey!
If we are looking at external individual funds for research, are there any foundations that are known to aid health professionals? I know good % of the research at universities before match are self funded but are there any alternative for funding? Any one has first hand experience with successfully getting funding outside the university or institutuitioins where reasearch is done?

yes there is ; you need to do more research on that; i remember in my neighbourhood there were some researchers they got funding from fed n they abused the money now they are in federal prison.
