If i did not get any interview and there by did not participate in the main match.can i participate in the soap???

Register with NEMP to oarticipate in soap. Check the website

Not to discourage you but SOAP is such a futile effort if you were not interviewed at a particular place. Programs usually call on those they interviewed to fill unfilled spots.
