1 day after missing her dialysis a 27 y woman comes to doctor with generalised weakness.Her BP-95/72, P-45, muscle strength 3/5. ECG- 3 degree heart block. Next step of management......

a. Kayexalate sorbitol enema
b. I/v ca++ gluconate
c. Oral na+ polystyrene ( Kayexalate)
d. Immediate placement of pacemaker

I think d is the ans because that is the only rx for 3degree heart block
b- ca gluconate is for hyperkalemia with ekg changes
c and a for hyperkalemia rx
