can you please give me details of whom to contact in CHOP for observership .do they give LORS .i am interested in peds .

Yes they will give you LOR depending upon the consultant. I got 2 very good LORS. You have to email the attending over thereand he is ready to sponser you he will take care of rest of the paper work .You will need health insurance for the period u will be there.
