Hello. I am from Turkey and i have started reading for step1. I am interested only in thoracic surgery and for this reason i think that it would be better if i give some extra time to read as much as more. I want to give the exams in 1.5 years from now. Do you think that reading all of the best books for every subject plus the KAPLAN books plus First Aid will be the best approach? Greetings!

Just read Kaplan, First Aid and do UW questions. At last access yourself with NBME. Good luck.
