Lol, everyone have email accounts and I am positive that they can read english. Whats the point of reiterating it? Got it? And I dont understand the extra benefita for citizens or gcs here. It would be nice if you can open my eyes with your extra knowledge.

@enchate: The NYC programs suck with regards to interviews. I also didn't start my interview at Coney Island till like 5-5:30 PM, if I remember right. It was awful and I was exhausted. It really screwed me up.
