YOG 2002, step 1 (253), CK (250), CS pass all 1st attempt. Visa status green card. completed plastic surgery residency in home country. MRCS form UK. 2 years of exp in working as a middle grade surgeon in UK. Is it at all possible for people like me to Match in speciality which I am working on for years.

Yes. You may even start making money by providing plastic surgery advice, I mean really unbiased advice.

I don't know about surgery. Since you have been working in UK all these years, it means your skills and experience is still fresh, so your YOG will not be as big of a red flag to programs. Check the residents of programs and if you find a program where the residents are mostly older, it might be the type that doesnt teach too much because it recruits residents who already did a lot in their home countries i.e. http://www.capitalhealth.org/professionals/residency
