Hi guys,
I'm using the UW CCS to practice. For the case #41 (the practice case), the patient is 45yo, feeling fatigue, exertional SOB, lab shows Hb: 8g/dL, and FOBT (+). I plan to treat the patient as an out-patient.
But why is UW admitting her into ward? And even giving her p-RBC transfusion? In one case of those 41 cases, UW even mentioned the critiria for blood transfusion (Hb
