I am practicing with my SP, we both noticed the software is very slow and is deadly boring! it consumes a lot of time to confirm your orders let alone showing up any results. Believe me, most of the cases take almost 5 minutes on the first round of orders before any result report. Shockingly some people are complaining of slow software in the real exam.

Thank God I have the old version of the software stored on my PC, it is way much better in terms of performance.
I am urging all of you to contact usmle.org to solve this problem for us or either by
1) Improving the current software performance,
2) Bring back the old software, or
3) Increase our allotted time during the exam.
